During this discussion, we aim to grasp your vision and desired outcomes, allowing us to align our marketing platform with your specific needs. We will discuss the anticipated return on investment and outline the timelines for each phase, ensuring transparency and setting realistic expectations. This conversation lays the foundation for a tailored approach that maximises the platform’s potential to support your business objectives.
2. Advanced Conversation – Day 3 to 7
Our advanced conversation is an exciting opportunity to confirm that our marketing platform is the ideal fit for your needs. This proactive discussion will help us explore your preferred target market, geographic areas of focus, and budget considerations. Together, we will set clear expectations regarding the number of hotel guests who will experience the finished product and discuss any specific hotel partner preferences.
We believe that collaboration is key to success, which is why we actively welcome input from your sales team to shape the desired outcomes. Your marketing department’s insights are invaluable to ensure our strategies align seamlessly with your current and future campaigns, while also maintaining consistency with your brand’s design and message. Additionally, involving your finance team helps us ensure that our platform fits within your budget and that payment processes are adhered to, preventing unnecessary delays.
3. Creation Of Design Brief – Day 7 to 14
We are dedicated to bringing your vision to life with professionalism and precision. To begin, we will provide you with a formal design brief form. This document helps us understand your brand, message, and creative vision. We kindly ask that the form be completed by someone from your marketing department or someone who has a clear understanding of your brand identity and goals. This ensures that the final design truly reflects your brand’s essence and communicates your message effectively.
We value your input and encourage you to share any mock-up designs or concepts that illustrate how you envision the final product. Once we receive the completed design brief and any potential mock-ups, we will move to the next stage: collaborating with our can manufacturer. To secure the design placement, we require a one-off fee of £250 + Vat. This cost is essential to create an exact replica of the can template, ensuring every detail is millimetre-perfect. Please note that this fee is a mandatory manufacturing cost, not a source of profit for us, and it is crucial to ensure the highest standards of quality and precision.
4. Receive Graphics / Suggest Amendments / Sign Off Design – Day 14 to 21
At this stage, you will receive a draft copy of your final artwork. This is an important opportunity for you to carefully review the design and ensure it aligns perfectly with your vision. We encourage you to take your time to assess every detail. If you would like any changes, simply let us know – we are more than happy to arrange adjustments to ensure your complete satisfaction. Alternatively, if you are happy with the design, you can sign it off as complete.
5. Samples – Day 21 to 35
You will receive a printed sample of the can, allowing you to see the final design brought to life. This step helps ensure that the product meets your expectations before proceeding to full production.
6. Instruct Production – Day 35 to 40
To commence production, we kindly request the full payment of the pre-agreed rate. This ensures that we can move forward without delay, dedicating our resources to delivering your project with the highest quality and efficiency.
7. Delivery Notification / Cans Transferred to Water Partner – Day 60
We will receive a delivery notification from our can manufacturer, and the finished cans will be sent directly to our water partner. This step ensures a smooth and coordinated transition to the next phase.
8. Order Received & Distributed To Hotel Partners – Day 90 to 100
The filling process will commence, and the finished cans will be distributed to our partner hotels or their consignment centres. This final stage marks the successful completion of the project, allowing your brand to reach your target audience effectively.
